Absolutely not! The more you share, the more you can earn. There is no cap on the referal bonuses you can receive!

When do I receive my £50 cash reward?

Your £50 reward is processed after the referred client's project is fully complete and has passed a 30-day "clear qualification" period. All cash rewards are paid out on the 1st of the month following the end of the qualification period via paypal or bank transfer.

Does my friend have to be a new customer?

Yes, the referral discount is a special welcome offer for new customers making their first purchase with Decortex.

New customers get 10% off their first job, 20% off the second. Email subscribers can get 10% off their first total bill.

Does my friend have to sign up for emails to get their 10% discount?

No, they do not. The 10% discount on their first project is applied automatically when they use your unique referral link to make their enquiry. It is a direct benefit of being referred by you.

So, what is the benefit of signing up for the email newsletter?

After an enquiry is made, all new clients are invited to join our email list. Subscribing is the best way to access future benefits, including exclusive subscriber-only offers for subsequent projects, early access to new collections, and design inspiration from our experts.

How does my friend claim their 10% discount?

They must use your unique affiliate link when contacting us or booking their consultation. Our system tracks the link and the 10% discount will be confirmed with them and applied to their final project invoice.

Is there a minimum project value for the 10% discount to apply?

Yes, the 10% discount is applicable to all qualifying services with a minimum value of £250. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific project.

Rewards Programme: Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before participating in the Decortex Email Sign-up and Friends & Family Referral Schemes.

General

1. Eligibility: Participation in all Decortex promotional schemes, including the newsletter sign-up and referral programme, is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Offer Combination: The 10% welcome discount and the £15 referral reward are considered separate promotional offers. Only one discount code may be used per order; they cannot be combined.

Friends & Family Referral Scheme

1. The Offer: The scheme allows a Referrer to offer a Referred Friend a £15 discount on their first order, valid on purchases with a minimum spend of £75. Upon a successful referral, the Referrer will receive a £15 discount code.

2. Reward Qualification & Issuance:

   • A referral is deemed successful once the Referred Friend's order has passed its 30-day returns eligibility period. This 30-day "clear qualification" period begins from the date the order is delivered.

   • Issuing of all qualified rewards will be processed on the 1st day of the month following the completion of the 30-day qualification period.

   • Example: If your friend's order is delivered on August 10th, the 30-day qualification period ends on September 9th. Your reward is now qualified and will be issued to you via email on October 1st.

3. Valid Referrals & Households:

   • This offer is valid only for referrals of new customers to Decortex.

   • Self-referrals or referrals made to individuals within the same household or sharing the same billing/delivery address are not eligible for a reward.

   • An exception is made for neighbour referrals. You are welcome to refer individuals in separate households within your local vicinity. A referral to a direct neighbour can be combined with the standard programme rules and is considered a valid entry.

4. General Conditions: Decortex reserves the right to verify all referrals and to suspend accounts or cancel rewards if it is determined that the scheme is being abused. The terms of this scheme may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
